大学生人际交往、幽默感与适应的关系

Research on the Relation between College Students' Sense of Humor,Interpersonal Communication and Adaptability

为探讨大学生人际交往、幽默感和适应的关系,文章对318名在校大学生进行了问卷调查。结果发现:大学生人际交往在性别、年级和是否是学生干部上存在着显著的差异,大学生幽默感在生源地、是否为学生干部上存在着显著的差异,适应在年级和是否为学生干部上有显著性的差异;大学生人际交往、幽默感与适应两两之间存在显著正相关;大学生人际交往和幽默感对适应有着显著的正向预测作用,幽默感在人际交往和适应中起部分中介作用。

Questionnaires are employed to investigate 318 college students on their interpersonal skills,sense of humor and adaptability in order to explore the relation among these aspects.The results show that:Firstly,there are significant differences in(1)college students'interpersonal communication in genders,grades and whether they are student cadres or not(2)the sense of humor of college students in origins and whether they are student cadres or not(3)college students'adaptability in whether they are student cadres or not.Secondly,there are significant positive correlations in pairs between college students'sense of humor,adaptability and interpersonal communication.Finally,college students'sense of humor and interpersonal communication can positively predict the adaptability,and college students'sense of humor plays a mediating role partially between the interpersonal skills and adaptability.
