核心价值是"体系"与"观"构成的总体。围绕"体系"与"观"内涵及其关系等问题,遵从一定推演逻辑,构成了核心价值现象的内在结构。此结构内,"体系"并非"核心价值的体系"而是"核心的价值体系",其实质是"世界观生发价值观系统"现象,"观"是通过"体系"中的世界观对时代"核心问题"观照的结果。核心价值现象是"应然性"价值指引与"实然性"世界观的统一,是应对时代的信仰体系,不能简化为纯价值概念问题。
