摘要 为解决高热流密度互联网数据中心机房散热中普遍存在的热环境差、能耗高等问题,本文以长春市某高热流密度互联网数据中心机房为对象,从机柜的位置、朝向和散热结构等方面入手,利用Fluent软件,对该机房散热进行了数值模拟,找出了其热环境差的原因,并通过采取合理布置机柜、优化结构和安装热回收设备等改造措施,在能耗降低的前提下,改善了该机房的热环境.结果表明,改造后的机房热环境比改造前更优,且每年可节约机房空调用电量2 034. 1kW·h. In order to solve the problems of poor thermal environment and high energy consumption in heat dissipation of the high heat flux internet data centers(IDC) computer room,taken the high heat flux IDC computer room in Changchun as the object,the numerical simulation was carried out by Fluent software on the position,orientation and heat dissipation structure of the cabinet so that the reason of the poor thermal environment was found out,and the thermal environment of the high heat flux IDC computer room was improved on the premise of reducing energy consumption by adopting the improvement measures of reasonably arranging the cabinet,optimizing the structure and installing the heat recovery equipment.The results show that the thermal environment of the improved high heat flux IDC computer room is better than that before improvement,and the annual power consumption of air conditioning in the high heat flux IDC computer room can be saved by 2 034.1kW·h.
