摘要
建筑节能是降低我国能源消耗的重要途径,近年来,国家对建筑节能日益重视,对建筑墙体的热工性能要求越来越高.保温砌筑砂浆作为一种新型保温材料,与传统砌筑砂浆相比具有容重小、导热系数低、保温性能好等优点,与无机墙体保温砌块构成的保温墙体,可以实现墙体自保温,保温与建筑同寿命,且达到A级防火要求,是建筑保温体系中又一新的发展方向.本文介绍了保温砌筑砂浆的组成,简述了保温砌筑砂浆的研究现状,分析了存在的问题,提出了以火山渣代砂制备保温砌筑砂浆的新体系,展望了保温砌筑砂浆的发展前景.
Building energy efficiency is an important way to reduce energy consumption in China. In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to building energy conservation,and the thermal performance requirementsfor building walls have become higher and higher. As a new type of insulation material,the insulation masonry mortar has the advantages of small bulk density,low thermal conductivity,and good thermal insulation performance compared with traditional masonry mortar. The insulation wall made of inorganic wall insulation blocks can achieve self-insulation of the wall,the same life span of heat preservation and construction,and meet Class A fire protection requirements. It is another new development direction in the building insulation system. This paper introduces the composition of thermal insulation masonry mortar,briefly describes the research status of thermal insulation masonry mortar,analyzes the existing problems,and proposes a new system for preparing thermal insulation masonry mortar with volcanic slag generation sand,and looks forward to the development prospect of the insulation masonry mortar.
