哈尔滨市平房工业园区问题及转型与再生策略研究

Present Situation of Pingfang Industrial Park in Harbin City and Study on Transformation and Regeneration Strategy

以哈尔滨平房工业园区为研究对象,针对园区土地利用、产业、环境3个方面存在的集约程度低、工业用地比重大、功能混杂,结构落后、同构化严重以及厂房单调,垃圾堆放、设施废弃等问题,提出了土地整合置换、产业复兴升级与集聚的土地和产业转型策略以及厂房修缮再利用与环境新生的再生策略,为工业园区转型与再生研究提供了借鉴与参考.

This paper takes Harbin Pingfang industrial park as the research object,aiming at the low level of intensiveness,large industrial land use,mixed functions,poor structure,homogeneity and monotonous plant,garbage dumping and facility abandonment in the three aspects of land use,industry and environment in the park,and come up with some strategies,such as the land and industry transformation strategy of land integration and replacement,industrial upgrading and agglomeration,and the regeneration strategy of plant renovation and environmental regeneration,in order to provide reference and recommendations for industrial park transformation and regeneration research.
