冲突持续升级恶化对项目绩效产生显著影响.论文首先分析了冲突所具有的局部性和全局性特征,并在系统理论的基础上给出了理论模型,指出局部性和全局性两者之间的辩证关系.随后,在该理论模型的基础上,研究了冲突传播升级的进程,指出冲突在传播升级的过程中所具备的诸多特点.干预措施作为一个重要的影响变量,给出了冲突发生到干预措施的进入等多个环节对冲突升级的影响,并推导了理论模型;根据许尧提出的影响冲突升级的几个因素,结合工程项目实际,提出了影响工程项目冲突升级的因素.这些客观存在的因素不仅助推冲突升级,也为遏制冲突提供了重要线索.最后,从影响因素作为切入点,提出了一些切实可行的措施遏制冲突的传播和升级,为有效遏制冲突提供一些理论支持.

There are significant effects on project performance contributed by continuous deterioration of conflict.Firstly,the manuscript has discussed the local and global character of conflict and the corresponding theoretical model is proposed based on system theory. In this section,dialectical relationship between local and global character of conflict is discussed either. Then,based on this theoretical model,the propagation progress and its properties of conflict are studied. In the fourth section,intervention measures as an important tool are proposed. The influence to escalation of conflict caused by conflict outbreak and intervention measures is analyzed afterwards. The theoretical model for this topic is deduced immediately. According to Dr. Xu’s theory on factors to propagation and escalation of conflict and also in consideration of actual situation of project,some factors dedicated to propagation and escalation of conflict for engineering project are investigated. These factors are not only contributed to escalation of conflict,but also can be provided as vital clues for conflict containment. In the end,some effective measures used for containing conflict propagation and escalation are advised from influenced factors as a starting point,which can be provided as theoretical support for containing conflict efficiently.
