The Path and Characteristics of the Change of Value Orientation of China's Secondary Vocational Education Policy since the Founding of the People's Republic

摘要 教育政策作为教育活动的重要组成部分,指导着教育行为。教育政策价值取向是教育政策的核心,影响着教育政策的制定。对我国建国以后中职教育价值取向的分析,可以发现中职教育政策价值取向经历了从偏向社会需要本位到重视学生本位的转变、从追求效率到追求公平的变化、由单一培养模式向多元培养模式的迈进。中职教育价值取向变迁特点表现为:以人为本、和谐发展;公平性、正义性凸显;多元化、一体化结合等特点。 Education policy,as an important part of educational activities,guides educational behavior.The value orientation of education policy is the core of education policy and affects the formulation of education policy.Based on the analysis of the value orientation of secondary vocational education after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,we can find that the value orientation of secondary vocational education policy has experienced a change from partial social needs to the emphasis on student standard,from pursuing efficiency to pursuing fairness,from single training mode to multi-cultivation model.The characteristics of the change of the value orientation of secondary vocational education are as follows:people-oriented,harmonious development;fairness and justice are prominent;diversification and integration are combined.
