顾客感知服务质量视角下“一带一路”沿线国家来华留学生教育品质提升策略 被引量:2

The Quality Improvement Strategy of International Students' Education in China along the Belt and Road Initiative from the Perspective of Customer Perceived Service Quality

摘要 积极响应国家"一带一路"倡议,接收沿线国家留学生,是高职院校提升国际化办学水平、提高职业教育国际影响力的重要契机。从经济学的"顾客感知服务质量"理论视角入手,对照该理论的响应性、可靠性、移情性以及安全性等维度,紧紧围绕"以人为中心"的教育理念,探讨高职院校来华留学生的教育品质提升策略。包括深入解析、精准对接输出国的人才培养需求,打好招生"特色牌";理顺体制机制,变革模式,构建教育品质制度保障;理解悦纳来华留学生的文化差异,规避"文化休克"现象;以及打造平安校园,全面提升教职员工服务来华留学生的能力等策略。 Actively responding to the national“One Belt and One Road”initiative and receiving students from different countries along the country is an important opportunity for higher vocational colleges to improve the level of international education and improve the international influence of vocational education.Starting from the theoretical perspective of“customer perceived service quality”in economics,and focusing on the responsiveness,reliability,empathy and security of the theory,we focus on the“people-centered”educational concept and explore the educational quality improvement strategy for international students in China.Including in-depth analysis,accurate docking of exporting countries’talent training needs,and playing a good job of“characteristic cards”;rationalizing institutional mechanisms,reforming models,and building educational quality system guarantees;understanding the cultural differences of students who are admitted to China,avoiding“cultural shock”phenomenon;and the strategy of building a safe campus and comprehensively improving the ability of faculty and staff to serve international students in China.
