涉农类高职生专业承诺与职业决策自我效能的关系研究

A Study on the Relationship between Professional Commitment and Career Decision-making Self-efficacy of Higher Vocational College Students of Agricultural Related Specialty

通过问卷(量表)调查涉农类高职生专业承诺与职业决策自我效能现状,并探讨二者关系。结果发现:涉农类高职生专业承诺和职业决策自我效能水平整体中等偏上,但绝大多数个体仍处于中等水平;涉农类高职生专业承诺和职业决策自我效能水平在性别、年级、生源地、父母职业等人口学变量上存在群体差异,且部分维度差异显著;涉农类与非农类高职生在专业承诺水平上存在显著性差异;涉农类高职生专业承诺与职业决策自我效能呈显著性正相关,二者互为有效预测变量。在对研究结果进行分析与讨论的基础上,结合深度访谈,提出有效建议,为做好乡村振兴这篇大文章,推动农村转型升级添砖加瓦。

Study design:A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the present situation and the relationship between professional commitment and career decision-making self-efficacy of agricultural vocational college students.Study results:The level of professional commitment and career decision-making self-efficacy of agricultural vocational college students is generally above average,but most of them are still in the middle level;there are group differences in demographic variables such as gender,grade,place of origin,parents’occupation,and significant differences in some dimensions of professional commitment and career decision-making self-efficacy among agricultural vocational college students;and there are significant differences in professional commitment between agricultural vocational college students and non-agricultural vocational college students;there is a significant positive correlation between professional commitment and career decision-making self-efficacy,and the two variables are effective predictive variables.Finally,on the basis of analyzing and discussing the results of the study,combined with in-depth interviews,effective suggestions are put forward to do a good job of rural revitalization,and promote rural transformation and upgrading.
