就业视角下大学生社会适应能力的结构探析

An Analysis of the Structure Of College Students' Social Adaptation Ability from the Perspective of Employment

大学生的社会适应能力的改善和提高,有利于其就业质量的提升。在分析大学生社会适应能力结构相关研究的基础之上,采取问卷调查的方法,研究了大学生社会适应能力的结构,提取出六个维度,进一步归纳为三个方面,并从大学生、学校和政府部门三个角度阐述了大学生社会适应能力结构研究的意义。

The improvement of college students’social adaptation ability is beneficial to improve and enhance employment quality.Based on the analysis of the relevant studies of college students’social adaptation ability,the author adopts the method of questionnaire to discuss the summary of the structure of the college students’social adaptation ability.Through six dimensions and three aspects,this paper will illustrate the significant of the structure of college students’social adaptation ability respectively from the perspective of college students,schools,and government.
