Modern apprenticeship not only brings innovation at the teaching level,but also challenges the counselor’s work.The developmental work model focuses on the needs,growth,and development of students,and aims to achieve professionalism,actively integrating into vocational education,and assisting in teaching development.Integrating modern enterprise management concepts,designing modular workflows,and improving work accuracy with big data thinking are the path channels for effective implementation of developmental work models.
