摘要
随着高职高专教育的发展,关注高职高专院校教师的生存压力,直接关乎学校的教学质量和整个高职高专院校的发展方向,对实现教师发展与学校发展相协调有至关重要的意义。以河南省七市八所高职高专院校教师作为研究对象,通过问卷调研的数据统计进行实证分析,构建结构方程模型,重点研究高职高专院校教师所面临的各项生存压力之间的结构关系,及人文环境对教师发展的重要作用,并对其进行实证检验。结果显示:家庭压力对教学压力有显著影响;科研压力对发展局限的影响显著;人文环境对教学压力、科研压力和发展局限均有显著影响。
Along with the development of vocational education,paying attention to the survival pressure of the teachers in higher vocational college,is directly related to the teaching quality of the school and the development direction of the higher vocational colleges,and has vital significance to realize the coordination of the development of teachers and the development of the school.Taking the teachers of eight higher vocational colleges in seven cities of Henan as the research object,through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire survey data,construct a structural equation model,focusing on the various survival pressures faced by teachers in higher vocational colleges,and the important role of the humanistic environment to the development of teachers,and make an empirical test on it.The results showed that:family pressure had a significant influence on teaching pressure;scientific research pressure has a significant impact on the development limitations;humanistic environment has significant influence on teaching pressure,scientific research pressure and development limitation.
