摘要
"百万大学生留汉创业就业计划"的政策优势体现在:政策涉及大学生创业就业方方面面、政策支持力度较大、政策执行效果较好。但该计划存在部分政策优惠力度亟待加强、缺乏对吸引人才进行分层分类、缺乏吸引人才的长效机制等问题。进一步加大政策优惠力度、对人才进行分层分类,精准引才、构建吸引人才的长效机制是完善该计划的路径。
The policy advantages of the“Millions of College Students’Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurship and Employment Program”are reflected in the fact that the policies involve all aspects of entrepreneurship and employment,and the policy support is relatively strong,and the policy implementation is better.The problems in the plan are:some policy incentives need to be strengthened,there is a lack of stratified classification of attracting talents,and there is no long-term mechanism to attract talents.The path to improve the plan is to further increase policy incentives,categorize talents,accurately attract talents,and build a long-term mechanism to attract talents.
