"百万大学生留汉创业就业计划"的政策优势体现在:政策涉及大学生创业就业方方面面、政策支持力度较大、政策执行效果较好。但该计划存在部分政策优惠力度亟待加强、缺乏对吸引人才进行分层分类、缺乏吸引人才的长效机制等问题。进一步加大政策优惠力度、对人才进行分层分类,精准引才、构建吸引人才的长效机制是完善该计划的路径。
