从还原窑尾气中回收钒氧化物的工艺比较

摘要 介绍了从煤气还原多钒酸铵生产工业三氧化二钒的还原尾气中回收钒氧化物的两种工艺。与水浴除尘工艺相比,袋式除尘工艺的粉尘回收率高于99.5%,几乎不产生含钒废水,且高热值尾气得到了有效利用。 Two recycling processes for vanadium oxides from reducing off-gases in production of industrial vanadium trioxide by reduction of ammonium poly vanadium with gas were introduced.Compared to the water-bath scrubber,more than 99.5%of dust collection rate was achieved by means of the bag filter process,and almost no vanadium-containing wastewater was generated.Meanwhile,high heating value purified off-gases can be utilized effectively.
