摘要
微生物及固定化微生物技术用于处理放射性废水已成为研究热点,为了推进该项技术的实际应用,选择放射性核素富集能力强的耐辐射奇球菌R1和芽孢杆菌SC4,以海藻酸钙为微生物载体,利用包埋法固定微生物,检测比较固定化微生物与非固定微生物处理模拟放射性废水中钴、锰、锶的能力。结果表明,在对模拟放射性废水的处理中,Na、K、Mg和Ca离子对微生物吸附钴、锰、锶无干扰作用,耐辐射奇球菌R1显示了较芽孢杆菌SC4更好的处理效果;海藻酸钙固定化载体弥补了R1对钴的吸附能力较差的缺点,在放射性废水处理中具有较好的应用前景。
The application of microorganisms and immobilised microorganism technology in radioactive wastewater treatment has become a hotspot. To promote the practical application of the technology, immobilised microorganisms were prepared, and their biosorption capacity was assayed in the treatment of simulated radioactive wastewater from a nuclear reactor. The results indicated that, in the treatment of simulated radioactive wastewater, sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium ions did not interfere with the adsorption of cobalt, manganese and strontium by microorganisms, and D. radiodurans R1 showed better effect than Bacillus sp. SC4. Calcium alginate immobilised carriers could make up for the poor adsorption ability of R1 to cobalt, and would have a good prospect in radioactive wastewater treatment.
