城市环境宜居性的参与式评价

The Evaluation of Urban Environment Liveability through Public Participatory Survey

根据已有城市环境宜居性的综合分析评价系统和宜居城市的相关理论,建立了城市环境宜居性评价的5个子系统:安全、舒适、幸福、便利和发展,将宜居城市评价指标体系和指标权重体系构建与应用模糊数学模型相结合,以西安市为例,通过市民参与式问卷调查,对城市环境宜居性进行了满意度分析评价。评价结果与西安城市环境宜居性客观水平总体印象基本一致,说明研究方法可行有效。实证研究结果对西安城市环境宜居性提高具有参考价值。

Based on available comprehensive analysis and evaluation systems of urban environment liveability as well as related theories, five subsystems for urban liveability evaluation were established, i.e. security, comfort, happiness, convenience and development. Taking Xi’an City as an example, the construction of a liveable city evaluation system and index weighing system was combined with the application of fuzzy mathematical model to analyse and evaluate the degree of satisfaction for urban environment liveability through a public participatory questionnaire survey. It has shown the outcomes in basic agreement with an overall impression of the objective urban liveability level in Xi’an indicating that this method would be workable and effective. The results of this empirical research could have a reference value for enhancing the urban environment liveability in Xi’an.
