摘要
阐述了上海市集成电路制造业危险废物种类及处置企业现状。分析了上海市集成电路制造业危险废弃物处置面临的四大主要问题,并针对问题给出了4点对策和建议。
The sorts of hazardous wastes in IC manufacturing industry and the present situation of their disposal enterprises in Shanghai were elaborated. Four main problems in the disposal were analysed, and four suggestions to deal with the problems have been given.
