摘要
为推进石化行业挥发性有机物(VOCs)管理与控制,在山东省东营市史口工业园区实地开展VOCs污染源排查工作,发现主要VOCs排放源项为挥发性有机液体储存、调和污染源,挥发性有机液体装卸挥发污染源,两者约占VOCs总排放量的90%,削减潜力极大,可通过增加对储罐及装卸控制、采取高效的油气回收、废气集中处理等方法实现VOCs削减。此外,对其他源项也采取一定措施实现减排,如定期泄漏检测、VOCs在线监测,有机废气的责任落实等。
In order to promote the management and control of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in the petrochemical industry, an investigation of VOC pollution sources in Shikou Industrial Estate in Dongying City of Shandong Province was carried out. It was found that about 90% of the emissions were from volatile organic liquid storage, blending and loading/unloading operation. It meant that there would have great potential to reduce the emissions through the measures for enhancing the control of storage tanks and loading/unloading operation, adopting efficient oily gas recovery and centralised treatment of exhausted gases, and etc. In addition, certain measures could also be taken to reduce the emissions from other sources, such as regular leakage detection, online monitoring VOCs, and the implementation of responsibility for organic gas exhausting.
