摘要
为了减少焊管剩磁对检验环节造成的误判以及对管道施工现场对接焊造成的影响,对螺旋焊管焊接过程中产生剩磁的原因进行了分析,基于磁化曲线设计了一套直流消磁装置。该直流消磁装置采用与焊接电流产生的磁场方向大致相反的外加磁场,改变钢管内部磁场,使钢管磁性减弱或消除。装置使用时,建议采用每批次钢管的前3根进行调试,从而确定消磁参数的设定。实际应用表明,该套直流定时消磁装置对剩磁较大的螺旋埋弧焊管可进行有效的消磁作业,同时可根据剩磁的大小调整电压和电流,并可实现消磁作业时间启停的自动控制。
In order to reduce the misjudgment caused by the residual magnetism of the welded pipe and the influence on the pipe ring welding,the causes of the residual magnetism in the spiral welded pipe forming and welding were analyzed,and a DC degaussing device was designed based on the magnetization curve.The device uses an external magnetic field that is opposite to the direction of the magnetic field generated by the welding current to change the internal magnetic field of the steel tube to weaken or eliminate the magnetic properties of the steel tube.When the device is used,it is recommended to use the first three of each batch of steel pipes for commissioning to determine the degaussing parameters.The practical application shows that the set of DC timing degaussing device can achieve effective degaussing operation for the spiral submerged arc welded pipe with large residual magnetism.At the same time,the voltage and current can be adjusted according to the size of the remanence,and the automatic control of the start and stop of the degaussing operation time can be realized.
