摘要
本文首先介绍了喷射混凝土的研究进展:通过加入高活性偏高岭土可提高喷射混凝土的抗压强度,能制备C40喷射混凝土;钢纤维或白云母粉可使喷射混凝土的抗折强度提高20%以上;采用加湿上料机、抑尘剂和减水剂,可以使喷射混凝土的呼吸性粉尘降低80%,喷射回弹率由25%降低到12%,28天抗压强度达到52MPa;喷射混凝土的发展方向是3D打印用混凝土,主要应用领域是3D建筑和弓形混凝土支护工程的智能制造。
The research progress is introduced in this paper firstly:the high-reactivity metakaolin can improve the compressive strength of shotcrete and C40 shotcrete can be prepared;The steel and fiber and muscovite powder can improve the flexural strength of shotcrete by more than 20%,and by using the humidification charging machine,dust-depressor and water reducing agent,the respirable dust of shotcrete is reduced by 80%and the rebound rate can be reduced from 25%to 12%,and the 28 days compressive strength reaches 52Mpa.In addition,the development prospect of shotcrete is the three dimensional printing shotcrete,and the main application field is the three dimensional building and the intelligent manufacturing of arch concrete support engineering.
