摘要
本文对除尘器工作原理进行了分析,通过PLC、变频器的使用,对除尘器风机系统进行了变频调速设计,实现了除尘器风量随粉尘浓度传感器自动调节的功能。
In this paper,the working principle of the precipitator is analyzed.Through the use of the PLC and frequency converter,the frequency conversion speed regulation design of the dust collector fan system is realized,and the function of the dust collector air volume automatic adjustment with the dust concentration sensor is realized.
