浅谈卓越绩效准则在工程质量提升中的应用

摘要 在分析卓越绩效准则框架及特点的基础上,结合M公司在高层推动、顾客驱动、资源优化、过程整合和管理创新上的实践做法,探讨建筑企业如何应用卓越绩效准则提升工程质量。建筑企业要实质、系统、融合地应用准则,将准则要求融合到现有质量体系中,贯穿到项目各阶段,覆盖施工各要素,切实提高工程质量。要将准则要求落实到管理各方面,系统改进管理,提升整体绩效,保障工程质量。 On the basis of the analysis of the framework and characteristics of the performance excellence criteria,this paper discusses how the construction enterprise can improveengineering quality with M company’s practice of leadership promotion,customer drive,resource optimization,process integration and management innovation.The construction enterprises should apply the criteria in essence,system and integration,integrate the requirements of the criteria into the existing quality system,run through each stage of the project,cover all the elements of the construction,and improve engineering quality.The construction enterprises should systematically improve the management,enhance the overall performance and ensure engineering quality.
