摘要
空气源作为一种新型清洁能源,对其的开发利用被广泛关注,空气源热泵作为一项新型节能环保的技术,已被广泛应用于空调和供暖领域。以空气源热泵机组为热源站进行集中供暖的应用案例很少,由于空气源热泵机组的特性使该采暖系统具备了自身特有的特点,供暖系统的调试结果直接关系到采暖效果、运行成本、系统稳定性,甚至关系到该工程的成败,是工程质量的重要体现。论文以实际工程为例,分析了该系统与常规采暖系统的区别及特点,就调试过程中出现的问题进行原因分析,并提出解决办法,为类似工程提供参考。
As a new clean energy,the exploitation and utilization of air source has taken widespread attention.Air source heat pump as a modern,energy-saving and environmental friendly technology has been extensively used in air conditioning and heat system fields.There are a few instances of application in heat source station central heating which is heated by air source heat pump units because of the trigger for this heating system’s characteristic itself caused by the air source heat pump units.The heating system debugging result directly affects heating effects,operating costs and system stability,even the success or failure of an engineering construction.It is also the important embodiment of the engineering quality.This thesis takes the actual project as an example,has analyzed the differences and the peculiarities between air source heat pump central heating system and normal heating system by the cause of the problems arisen in debugging,provided debugging solutions for similar engineering construction as a reference.
