云南省某地区农村房屋现状调研

Investigation on the Current Situation of Rural Houses in Somewhere of Yunnan Province

基于对云南省某地区部分乡镇农村石砌体房屋(普遍为一层、个别为二层)、砖砌体房屋(普遍为一、二层)及木结构房屋(一、二层都有)调研结果,结合相关规范标准,重点针对农村房屋从施工、维修改造及使用维护等方面提供部分建议,为农村房屋后续的改造、维修提供参考。

Based on the investigation of some rural houses in somewhere of Yunnan province,with the combination of some relevant codes and standards for building,some suggestions for rural houses,including stone houses(most of them are one layer,few of them are two layers),brick houses(one or two layers mostly) and timber houses(one layer and two layers are very common)were proposed in this paper.
