摘要
针对常规单锥角微型旋流器难以分离超细粉体的难题,提出一种Φ8 mm双锥角微型旋流器,通过CFD软件FLUENT 14.5对2种微型旋流器进行模拟,对比分析单锥与双锥旋流器内部流场和各自的分离性能,并进行实验验证。结果表明:双锥角微型旋流器分离粒径更小;溢流中粒径为小于1μm的质量分数提高6.13%,小于2μm的提高3. 6%;底流中粒径为小于4.5μm的质量分数提高5. 21%;底流夹细和溢流跑粗现象得到明显改善。
In order to solve the problems that were difficult to separate ultrafine powder from the conventional single cone hydrocyclone,a type of 8 mm double cone hydrocyclone was proposed,and two kinds of hydrocyclone were simulated by software of FLUENT 14. 5. The internal flow field and separation performance of the two kinds of hydrocyclone were systematically compared and analyzed separate performance and test verification. The results show that the separation size of the double cone hydrocyclone is reduced by 0. 8 μm,and it effectively reduces the overflow and underflow of coarse and fine clipping. By simulation,the content of 1μm in overflow increases by 6. 13%,and the content of 4. 5 μm products in the underflow increases by 5. 21%. The underflow and overflow coarse and fine clipping phenomenon has been significantly improved.
