摘要
斜支撑是预制墙板安装时常会使用到的辅助装置。根据实际使用需求,提出了一种辅助预制装配式墙板安装的新型斜支撑。此斜支撑为两段式的斜支撑,其上部构件可随墙板一同吊装,具有安装方便,稳定可靠的优点。详细说明了此种斜支撑在设计时应注意的要点,并给出了斜支撑主要受力构件的承载力计算公式,同时利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对其进行了受力分析。研究结果表明,此种新型两段式斜支撑传力明确,安全可靠,能够有效提高预制装配式墙板安装的精确度和效率。
Diagonal brace are auxiliary devices that are often used in prefabricated wallboard installations. This paper proposes a new type diagonal brace for the installation of prefabricated wallboard. The diagonal brace can be divided into two parts,and the upper member can be hoisted together with the prefabricated wallboard,and has the advantages of convenient installation,stability and reliability. In this paper,the points that should be paid attention to during the design of the diagonal brace are described in detail. The calculation formula of the bearing capacity of the main members of the diagonal brace is given. At the same time,the finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to analyze the force. The research results show that the diagonal brace has clear way to transmit force,is safe and reliable,and can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of the installation to prefabricated wallboard.
