摘要
为深入挖掘国内建筑业事故发生率居高不下的原因,结合目前建筑业特点,通过分析人的因素、机械设备因素、环境因素三方面管理工作中存在的突出问题,从法制政策层面、行业层面、企业层面提出了针对性的对策建议。
In order to explore high domestic accident occurring rate in construction field,combining with current construction industry features,the paper analyzes problems existing in three aspects of human resource factor,machinery equipment factor and environmental factor,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and proposals from angles of legal system and policy system,industrial system and enterprise system.
