摘要
为解决港珠澳大桥沉管隧道结构受力问题,创新性地提出了一种全新的部分无黏结预应力混凝土结构形式。该结构形式既能通过预应力保证结构全断面受压,并以此来提高接缝处节段接头的抗剪和防水能力;又能通过节段接头毫米级张开来释放弯矩内力,降低预应力用量。该新型结构形式已成功应用于港珠澳大桥沉管隧道施工图设计,并有效支撑了港珠澳大桥沉管隧道半刚性管节结构体系的创新。
In order to solve the structure problem of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge immersed tunnel,we innovatively presented a new type of partially unbonded prestressed concrete structures.The structural form can ensure the full section compression of the structure through prestressing to improving the shear resistance and waterproof capacity of the segment joints.It can also release the internal moment force through the millimeter level expansion of segment joints to reducing the amount of prestress.The new structure has been successfully applied to the construction drawing design of the immersed tube tunnel of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,and has effectively supported its innovation of the semi-rigid pipe-joint structural system.
