摘要 针对船舶起重机海上作业时吊重的摇摆问题,提出了一种三绳机械减摇系统,利用外设的3根减摇索在吊钩处形成稳定的力三角形,并有效地限制吊重摆幅,进而达到抑制吊重摇摆的目的。为了实现减摇装置的位置-张力控制模式,建立吊重系统的空间位置模型及减摇索的张力模型。在得到减摇索长度和张力的变化关系后,搭建试验平台进行试验,得出在有减摇装置时,吊重的摆角可以减小60%以上,验证了减摇系统的有效性。 To deal with the swing problem of the payload in case of the ship-mounted crane working at sea,we proposed a mechanical anti-swing system with three ropes,which uses 3 anti-swing cables to form a stable force triangle at the hook.It can effectively limit the swing of the payload,so as to achieve the purpose of restraining the swing of the payload.In order to realize the position-tension control mode of the anti-swing device,we established the spatial location model and the tension model of the payload system.Based on the relationship between the length and the tension of the anti-swing cables,we built the test platform to carry out the test.It is concluded that the swing angle of payload can be reduced more than 60%when the antiswing device is available,which verifies the effectiveness of the anti-swing system.
