摘要 将清洗、去除黑膜工艺结合在一起是鱼加工前期处理的关键问题,前处理不仅要求生产率高,还要保证处理后的品质好。从鱼结构特点及对其品质要求出发,设计了鱼加工前处理装置,并简述了其工艺流程、结构特点及主要设计参数。该装置采用清水冲洗结合处理工艺,试验证明该装置结构紧凑、处理能力20尾/min左右、操作安全、运行可靠,能够满足实际生产的要求。 Combining the process of cleaning and removing black film is a key issue in the pre-treatment of fish processing. Pre-treatment requires not only high productivity, but also good quality after treatment. Based on the characteristics of fish structure and its quality requirements, a fish processing pretreatment device was designed. The process flow, structural characteristics and main design parameters are briefly described. The device adopts the combination process of clear water washing, and the test proves that the device has compact structure, processing capacity of about 20/min, safe operation and reliable operation, it can meet the requirements of actual production.
