摘要 在油田钻井过程中,由于钻具在井中旋转及起下钻会对套管内壁造成磨损,导致其抗内压强度降低,对油井安全构成威胁。本文使用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立套管模型,简化为平面应力问题进行分析,研究当套管内壁取不同磨损量,对磨损后套管施加载荷,计算在不同磨损量下套管的抗内压强度。结果表明,在一定的内压力范围内,套管的抗内压强度与内壁的磨损量基本成线性关系。分析结果为油井管柱下套管提供理论指导。 During the oilfield drilling process, the inner wall of the casing will wear due to the rotation and drilling of the drilling tool in the well, which will reduce the internal pressure resistance and pose a threat to the safety of the oil well. In this paper, the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to build the casing model, which simplifies the analysis of the plane stress problem. When the inner wall of the casing is taken with different wear amount, the load is applied to the casing after the wear, and the internal pressure strength of the casing is calculated under different wear amounts. The results show that the inner pressure resistance of the casing is basically linear with the wear of the inner wall within a certain range of internal pressure. The analysis results provide theoretical guidance for the casing of the oil well string.
