摘要
为满足寒冷地区矿井进风空气加热的要求,介绍了一种用于矿井回风余热利用的热管系统。该系统吸收矿井回风中携带的低温热能,通过热管将热量传递至进风侧空气,提升进风温度。此外,系统为克服矿井进风、回风风道新增设备产生的风阻,在风道中增加了平衡风机,系统配套检测系统可根据风道风阻压力变化控制平衡风机运行台数。使用该系统取代现有燃煤热风炉在满足矿井进风温度要求的同时,不仅可以节约煤费、电费、人工费等运行成本,还可满足环保排放要求。最后提出了某矿井回风热管余热回收利用系统在运行过程中存在的问题并给出了解决措施,为矿井回风余热的利用奠定了基础。
In order to meet the requirement of air heating for mine intake in cold area,a heat pipe system for waste heat utilization of mine return air is introduced.The system absorbs the low-temperature heat energy in the mine return air,transfers heat to the air intake system through the heat pipe,and raises the temperature of the intake air.In order to overcome the wind resistance caused by new equipment in mine intake and return air system,a balanced fan is added in the system.Using the heat pipe system to replace the existing coal-fired hot blast stove can not only meet the requirements of mine intake temperature and environmental protection,but also save the operating costs.In the end,this article analyzed the problems existing in the system and put forward the solution measures,which lays a foundation for the utilization of mine return air waste heat.
