摘要
为了提高本煤层瓦斯抽采率,降低煤炭开采时本煤层瓦斯涌出量,探讨了本煤层瓦斯抽采与瓦斯抽放管路漏气、瓦斯抽放管路积水、煤层透气性、瓦斯抽放泵抽放能力等因素的关系,提出了采用聚氨酯+水泥浆封孔,或封孔位置用弹簧软管代替PVC管路进行封孔,人工放水与自动放水相结合,强化受采动影响范围内本煤层钻孔抽放,利用液态CO2致裂技术增加煤层透气性,增大抽放泵能力等方法,结果表明:这些综合技术措施可提高本煤层瓦斯抽采率。
In order to improve the gas extraction rate and reduce the gas emission during coal mining,the influence of gas drainage pipeline leakage,water accumulation in the gas drainage pipeline,coal seam permeability and gas drainage capacity on the gas drainage effect of the coal seam was discussed,the measures of polyurethane+cement slurry sealing,combination of manual drainage and automatic drainage,strengthening borehole drainage in coal seam under the influence of mining,improving coal seam permeability by using liquid carbon dioxide fracturing technology,and increasing drainage pump ability were proposed.The results show that these comprehensive technical measures can improve the gas extraction rate of the coal seam.
