摘要
为全面系统地研究采煤工作面回采过程中矿山压力分布及采场围岩运动规律,结合司马煤矿1208综放工作面地质条件和开采工艺,制定矿压观测方案。通过监测及分析巷道表面位移、锚杆(索)受力等基础数据,总结锚杆(索)受力及巷道围岩变形规律,进一步评价巷道支护效果,判断支护结构的合理性及巷道的稳定性。观测结果显示:巷道顶板及两帮围岩稳定,锚杆最大受力达到其杆体拉断载荷的90. 9%,锚索最大受力为其拉断载荷的94. 1%,锚杆(索)受力均有一定的富余量,充分发挥了锚杆(索)的高强支护作用,满足安全生产要求。
In order to systematically study the law of mine pressure distribution and surrounding rock movement during the mining process of coal mining face of,combining with the technological and geological conditions of fully mechanized caving face in Sima coal mine,the mine pressure observation plan was carried out.Through monitoring and analyzing the basic data of roadway displacement and bolt(cable)force,the law of bolt(cable)force and roadway surrounding rock deformation were summarized,the effect of roadway support was evaluated,and the rationality of support structure and roadway stability were determined.The results show that the maximum force of bolt is 90.9%of its breaking load,the maximum force of bolt cable is 94.1%of its breaking load,which fully exerts the strong supporting function of bolt(cable)and meets the requirements of safe production.
