摘要
煤矿用大型设备如主要通风机、提升机、长距离运输皮带等长期处于高负荷运行状态,在运行中如果发生机械故障不仅会造成巨大经济损失,严重的会导致人员伤亡。而以上几种煤矿大型设备,其主要承力件均为设备的主轴。因此,针对煤矿大型设备轴类工件的特点,提出对其疲劳裂纹超声检测方法的可行性策略,及早发现和预知主轴隐患,对于煤矿生产的安全性、持续性具有重大意义。
Large mining equipments,such as main ventilators,hoists,long-distance belt conveyors,are often in high-load operation,and their main bearing parts are the main shaft of the equipment.If mechanical failure occurs in operation,it will not only cause huge economic losses,but also cause serious casualties.In view of the characteristics of shaft workpieces of large-scale equipment in coal mines,in order to detect and predict the hidden troubles of the main shaft as early as possible,the ultrasonic testing method for fatigue cracks was proposed,which is of great significance for the safety and reliability of coal mine production.
