摘要
阐述了工匠精神在现代工业传承中的时代意义,针对煤机制造企业技术创新团队建设中存在的问题,指出当代工匠精神在煤机制造行业中的具体体现,明确了煤机制造企业创新技术团队建设方向和实施策略,对企业创新人才队伍建设有一定借鉴意义。
The paper expounds the significance of craftsman spirit in the inheritance of modern industry.In view of the problems existing in the construction of technological innovation team and the concrete embodiment of craftsman spirit in coal mine machinery manufacturing enterprises,the construction direction of technological innovation team in coal mine machinery manufacturing enterprises was defined,which has certain reference significance for the construction of innovative talent team in enterprises.
