红细胞分布宽度检验在慢性心力衰竭患者早期诊断中的应用效果观察

Application of erythrocyte distribution width test in early diagnosis of chronic heart failure patients

目的:探讨红细胞分布宽度检验在慢性心力衰竭患者早期诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年5月—2018年4月收治的100例慢性心力衰竭患者作为观察组,根据心力衰竭程度分为心功能Ⅱ级者42例、Ⅲ级者35例、Ⅳ级者23例,同时选取行健康体检的100例患者作为对照组,分析慢性心力衰竭与红细胞分布宽度的相关性。结果:观察组女性患者的红细胞分布宽度明显高于对照组,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-11. 839,P=0. 000),而观察组中男性患者红细胞分布宽度与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=-0. 954,P=0. 171);Ⅲ级组红细胞分布宽度高于Ⅱ级组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),Ⅳ级组红细胞分布宽度高于Ⅲ级组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。慢性心力衰竭患者中随着心力衰竭程度的增加,其红细胞分布宽度也不断增加。结论:心力衰竭疾病病变程度与红细胞分布宽度具有相关性,临床根据红细胞检测情况能早期诊断疾病以及评估预后。

Objective: To explore the effect of red blood cell distribution breadth test in early diagnosis of chronic heart failure. Methods: We selected 100 patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2018 as the study group. At the same time,100 patients selected for physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group.The correlation between chronic heart failure and the distribution width of red blood cells was analyzed. Results: The distribution of red blood cells in female patients with chronic heart failure( study group) was significantly higher than that in healthy subjects( control group),and the difference was significant( t =-11. 839,P = 0. 000),while in the study group. The red blood cell distribution width of male patients was not significantly different from that of male patients in the control group( t =-0. 954,P = 0. 171). The distribution of red blood cells in the Ⅲ group was higher than that in the Ⅱ group( P < 0. 05). The distribution of red blood cells in the Ⅳ group was higher than that in the Ⅲ group( P < 0. 05). In patients with chronic heart failure,the degree of red blood cell distribution increased with the increase of heart failure. Conclusion: The degree of heart failure disease has a correlation with the distribution of red blood cells. Early diagnosis of disease and assessment of prognosis based on red blood cell detection Clinically,red blood cells can be used for early diagnosis of disease and prognosis.
