摘要
污染低层隧道的盾构设施受到污染物质的影响,容易产生故障,分析故障产生的机理和常见故障的种类,结合典型故障进行故障诊断技术研究,提出一种基于关联谱特征提取的污染低层隧道盾构施工故障诊断方法,采用传感器量化融合跟踪方法进行污染低层隧道盾构设施的故障先验数据采集,采集的先验知识主要有盾构设施的振动数据、掘进尺度数据和频率特征数据等,采用谱分析方法进行故障特征提取,根据提取的污染低层隧道盾构设备的异常谱特征量进行故障诊断和检测,实现故障排除。
Pollution of the low-level tunnel shield facilities affected by pollutants,it is prone to failure.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of fault generation and the types of common faults,combined with the research of typical fault diagnosis technology,a fault diagnosis method based on correlation spectrum feature extraction for the construction of low pollution tunnel shield is proposed.The sensor quantization fusion tracking method is used to collect the prior fault data of the low level tunnel shield equipment.The prior knowledge mainly includes the vibration data of the shield device,the tunneling scale data and the frequency characteristic data,etc.The method of spectrum analysis is used to extract the fault features,and the fault diagnosis and detection are carried out according to the characteristic quantity of abnormal spectrum of the polluted low-level tunnel shield equipment,and the fault elimination is realized.
