摘要
为了优化地表水中四乙基铅测定方法,通过实验分析了固相萃取气相色谱质谱连用的方法,对动态固相微萃取气相色谱质谱测定地表水中四乙基铅的方法进行了优化,选取了气相色谱条件、质谱条件以及固相萃取条件的优化,这种优化提高了方法的检出限,缩短了该方法对检测样品的处理时间。对实际地表水样的测定结果表明该方法对四乙基铅的检出限可以达到0. 006μg/L,地表水样品的加标回收率范围为83. 3%~98. 9%之间,为优化地表水中四乙基铅测定打下基础。
In order to optimize the determination of tetraethyl lead in surface water,the method of solid-phase extraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was analyzed by experiments.The method for the determination of tetraethyl lead in surface water by dynamic solid phase microextraction gas chromatography mass spectrometry was optimized.The conditions of gas chromatography,mass spectrometry and solid phase extraction conditions were optimized.This optimization improves the detection limit and shortens the processing time of the sample.The results of the actual surface water samples show that the detection limit of the method can reach 0.006 g/L,and the recovery rate of the surface water sample is 83.3%~98.9%,Lay a foundation for optimizing tetraethyl lead in surface water.
