摘要
针对三江源地区在建设水利工程后出现的环境问题,提出一套生态环境保护体系。利用一个模型对三江源地区生态环境质量进行实时监测,得出当前该地区生态环境质量,并分析导致生态问题的原因,针对其原因,实施保护措施,实现对三江源地区水利工程生态环境保护。为验证本体系实施前后的保护效果,利用一个评估模型进行评估,结果表明:保护措施实施后,三江源大部分地区的生态环境得到了极大改善,质量等级由差、较差向较差、一般、良转变;此外,草地、湿地等生态系统面积均有所增大,荒漠等生态系统面积有所减小。
In view of the environmental problems after the construction of water conservancy projects in the source area of the Three Rivers,this study proposes a set of ecological environment protection system.A model is used to monitor the eco-environmental quality of the source area of the Three Rivers in real-time,and the current ecological quality of the region is obtained.The causes of the ecological problems are analyzed.Aiming at the causes,protective measures are implemented,and the quality of the eco-environment after the implementation of environmental protection is evaluated to complete the eco-environment of the water conservancy project in the source area of the Three Rivers.In order to verify the protection effect of the system,the ecological qualities before and after the protection measures were compared.The results showed that after the implementation of the protection measures,the ecological environment in most areas of the source of the Three Rivers has been greatly improved,and the quality level has changed from poor,poor to poor,general and good.The area of the desert and other ecosystems has decreased.
