鼠神经生长因子联合超短波治疗带状疱疹后神经痛 被引量:1

Therapeutic effect of mNGF combined with ultra short wave on post-herpetic neuralgia

摘要 目的观察鼠神经生长因子(mNGF)联合超短波(ultra short wave)治疗带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)的疗效,进一步阐明mNGF联合超短波在PHN治疗中的机制和临床应用价值。方法将80例PHN患者随机分为研究组和对照组各40例,研究组用mNGF在带状疱疹神经损伤疼痛区域行局部注射,同时配合超短波治疗;对照组应用同样方法,但不给予超短波治疗。2组其余处理方式相同,2周为1个疗程。应用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评测患者治疗前后评分,观察并比较2组临床显效率。结果研究组总显效率(80.0%)显著高于对照组(52.5%);2组治疗后疼痛评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子局部注射配合超短波治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的效果显著。 Objective To observe the efficacy of mNGF combined with ultra short wave in the treatment of post herpetic neuralgia(PHN),and further clarify the mechanism and clinical application value of mNGF combined with ultra short wave in the treatment of PHN.Methods 80 patients with PHN were randomly divided into study group and control group,40 cases in each group.In the study group,mNGF was used for local injection in the pain area of herpes zoster nerve injury.Patients in the control group were treated with the same method and were not treated with ultrashort wave.Other treatments were the same in both groups,with one course of treatment for two weeks.Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the patients'scores before and after treatment,observe and compare the apparent clinical efficiency of the two groups of patients,and conduct statistical analysis.Results The total significant efficiency(80.0%)of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(52.5%).Conclusion Local injection of mouse nerve growth factor combined with ultrashort wave in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia is effective.
