摘要
目的:通过对诸葛菜角果生长过程的研究,对其角果的发育规律作出初步评价,为诸葛菜的生产栽培和进一步开发利用提供依据。方法:同一天标记主花序角果开花数,定期取样,通过角果、果尖、果身和果柄的长度、干鲜重、体积以及宽度的变化,对角果的发育过程进行定量研究。结果:角果的长度在花后28d左右定型,第38天体积达到最大值,角果宽度达到最大值,鲜重也达到最大值,干重最大值推迟5d左右。结论:诸葛菜角果生长周期比油菜长,生长速度低于油菜。
Objective:Through the study on Orychophragmus violaceus pod growth process,the rule of development of the pod to make preliminary evaluation,providing basis for the utilization of the cultivation of Orychophragmus violaceus and further development.Methods:On the same day,mark were made on main raceme pod number of flower,regular sampling,through the determination of pod,fruit tip,fruit and fruit stalk length,stem fresh weight,volume and the change of the width,on pod development of quantitative research.Results:Experimental results show that pod length in about 28 days after anthesis stereotypes,on the 38 th day volume reached maximum value,width of pod reached a maximum value,fresh weight reached the maximum value,and dry weight maximum delayed for about five days.Conclusion:Pod growth cycle of Orychophragmus violaceus is longer than rapeseed,and growth rate is lower than that of rapeseed.
