摘要
目的:研究大嶝海区氮、磷营养盐分布及富营养化程度。方法:采集大嶝海区海水、沉积物样品,用重氮-偶氮分光光度法测定其亚硝酸氮、用靛酚蓝分光光度法测定氨氮、用磷钼蓝法测定活性磷酸盐、用碱性高锰酸钾法测定COD等,以及其他相关指标,研究其富营养化状况。结果:大嶝海区的海水中无机氮含量达到2.21mg/L,活性磷酸盐含量达到0.11mg/L,富营养化指数(E)达12.6,N/P值为20,营养盐结构为磷限制。结论:大嶝海区富营养化程度较高,且近年呈现加剧的趋势。
Objective:To investigate the distribution and eutrophication of nitrogen and phosphorus in Dadeng Sea area.Methods:The samples of seawater and sediment in Dadeng Sea area were collected,and the COD and other related indexes were determined to investigate the eutrophication status of the samples.Results:Dadeng Sea area is phosphorus limit type with inorganic nitrogen 2.21 mg/L,active phosphate 0.11 mg/L,eutrophication index(E)of 12.6 and N/P=20 nutrient structure.Conclusion:The eutrophication degree is relatively high in Dadeng Sea area.And the trend is increasing in recent years.
