在十八届三中全会提出推动国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的背景下,文化治理现代化研究有了更加多元化的意义。结合2016年6月上海迪士尼乐园的正式运营,从文化治理必要性的维度阐释文化治理现代化的路径探究,并从文化治理中的主体标识、体制运营、法律基础三个层面具体分析上海迪士尼乐园的路径阻碍,分析借鉴日本迪士尼、香港迪士尼乐园成功运营的文化要素,探析上海迪士尼乐园文化治理现代化的路径趋势。

Under the background where the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee proposed to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governing capacity,the study of modernization of cultural governance is of more diversified significance.Taking into account the initial official operation of Shanghai Disneyland in June 2016,this paper makes an analysis of the path to cultural governance modernization from the perspectives of the necessity of cultural governance,the barriers in the path of Shanghai Disneylandfrom the three aspects of subject identification,system operation and legal basis and the cultural elements for the successful operation of Japan Disneylandand Hong Kong Disneyland,attempting to explore a path trendof cultural governance modernization of Shanghai Disneyland.
