摘要
由于任务需求不同和装备管理体系不够完善,航天发射场特种机械设备出现了专用设备过多、型号规格复杂、互用性不高、利用率低下等问题,同时设备实现装备化管理保障难度大.为此,将模块化设计方法引入特种设备的设计以及装备化管理当中,总体目标是以较少的资源满足多样化的需求.依据变型设计的有关原理,运用功能模块置换,对特种机械设备进行通用化设计,提高设备的互换性与适应性,实现设备的装备化保障管理.
Due to the different demand of the mission and the imperfect equipment management system,there are a lot of problems in the special mechanical equipment of the space launch site such as too many special equipment,complex model specifications,low interoperability and utilization,difficult equipment management guarantee and so on.Therefore,the modular design method is introduced of special design and equipment management overall goal is fewer resources to meet the requirements of diversification.According to the related theories of the variant design,using the replaced method of function module to design the special mechanical equipment,and improve the interchangeability and adaptability of the equipment.It is necessary to realize equipment support management.
