智慧水务需求驱动下的城镇供水企业信息化建设内容思考

Thoughts on the Informatization of Urban Water Supply Enterprises Driven by Intelligent Water Demand

城镇供水企业在推动智慧水务建设过程中离不开大量的信息化子系统支撑。据调查统计,目前各地水务企业信息化程度并不高,除了建设推进程度的差异外,对水务企业按照智慧水务要求究竟应该涵盖哪些领域和业务范围的调研及思考不够充分也有很大关系。本文结合城镇供水企业性质特点,梳理了各业务领域和覆盖范围一般应建立的信息化子系统名录,并以二次供水管理子系统的实现为例,提出了一些适应智慧水务逻辑架构各个层级关系中应该把握的关键要点。

Urban water supply enterprises are inseparable from the support of a large number of informatization subsystems in promoting the construction of smart water services.According to the survey statistics,many water companies’informatization levels are not high at present.Except the differences in the degree of construction promotion,there is a great relationship between the investigation and thinking of water resources enterprises in terms of which areas and business scopes should be covered according to the requirements of smart water services.Combined with the characteristics of urban water supply enterprises,the list of informatization subsystems that should be established in each business field and coverage is sorted out.Taking the realization of secondary water management subsystem as an example,some levels of relationships are proposed to adapt to the intelligent water logic architecture as well as the key points that should be grasped.
