Research on Management and Development of Urban Underground Pipeline Galleries at Home and Abroad

本文通过数据分析、文献检索、专家咨询等方法,对世界各国城市地下综合管廊建设的背景、发展历程和发展现状,以及城市地下综合管廊建设与所在城市和地区城镇化发展阶段的关系进行了研究。通过研究发现,各国综合管廊建设初衷是城市重建或复兴过程中化解城市发展难题的客观需要。综合管廊规模化发展与城镇化发展路径同步,由大城市向新兴城市辐射。综合管廊建设今后的发展趋势是全周期规范化、系统化建设管理。

This article studied the background,development history and current situation of the construction of urban underground pipeline galleries around the world as well as the relationship between the construction of utility tunnel and the urbanization stage in their cities and regions.Through the research,it is found that the original intention of the construction of the utility tunnel in all countries is the objective need of resolving the urban development puzzle in the process of urban renewal or rejuvenation.The development of comprehensive utility tunnel synchronizes with urbanization development path,radiating from the big cities to emerging cities.The future development trend of comprehensive utility tunnel is standardized and systematized construction management throughout the whole life cycle.
