基于BIM技术的协同设计管理标准规范研究与实践

Research and Practice of Collaborative Design Management Standards Based on BIM Technology

建筑信息模型技术的系统应用需要有BIM标准的指导实践,虽然现有的国家、地方性标准有几十余项,但对BIM的实际应用却缺少针对性指导作用。本文介绍了基于BIM和云计算技术的协同设计管理标准规范及实际应用案例。本标准规范主要包括《模型及数据格式统一标准》、《模型制作标准》、《模型数据传递标准》、《数据存储标准》、《模型应用标准》、《平台服务标准》六个部分。

The system application of building information model technology needs the practical guidance of BIM standards.However,there are more than 10 existing national and local standards,while there is a lack of targeted guidance for the practical application of BIM.This paper introduces the standard specification and application cases of collaborative design management based on BIM and cloud computing technology.This standard specification mainly includes six parts,namely“Model and Data Format Uniform Standards”,“Model Production Standards”,“Model Data Transmission Standards”,“Data Storage Standards”,“Model Application Standards”,“Platform Service Standards”.
