X线不宜单独作为膝骨关节炎的评价标准 被引量:3

摘要 患者男性,76岁,运动员,因“间断右膝关节疼痛及活动受限1年”入院。患者既往曾有反复膝关节损伤病史,但均经过自行康复训练后自行缓解,故一直未就诊。1年前患者无诱因出现右膝关节疼痛,以上下楼梯及长距离行走后为著,长距离行走(约1 km)后患者自觉右膝关节僵硬,活动受限,休息后可稍缓解,但仍存在活动受限,夜间休息后晨起不适感较前好转,但活动后再次加重,不伴有腰痛及双下肢放散痛,无肢体麻木、发凉,无间歇性跛行,无夜间静息痛,无关节弹响及交锁,无打软腿。1年来患者自觉此种症状反复出现,关节屈曲活动范围较前减小,门诊行X线及MRI证实为右膝骨关节炎。
