根据医用气体是一个专业多、领域广的交叉学科特点,结合我国医院医用气体工程建设和从业人员的现状,本文从培养医院医用气体运维人员的必备前提、主要任务、教育方向、质量保证和重要环节进行阐述,目的是提高医院医用气体从业人员的能力素质和专业技能,适应现代化医院发展需要,保证医院医疗质量和人民的生命安全。

Medical gas is a cross-discipline featured with many specialties and wide fields.According to the status quo of medical gas engineering construction and practitioners in hospitals in China,this paper elaborated the prerequisites,training directions,quality insurances and critical steps of cultivating medical gas operation and maintenance staff,so as to strengthen their abilities and professional skills to meet the development needs in modern hospitals and to guarantee the high-quality health services and life securities.
